Processing Time:
- We process all orders Monday through Friday.
- Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
- Please allow an extra 5–7 business days for Golfmates orders to be embroidered with the official logo.

- Standard shipping: Typically takes 3-5 business days.
International shipping:
- USA: 5-7 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 6-10 business days
- UK: 5-7 business days
- Australia: 5-10 business days
- Other destinations: Delivery can take 7-14 business days, depending on the location.
Holidays & Weekends:
- We do not ship on weekends or during Thai public holidays.
- Orders placed on Friday after business hours or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Duties & Taxes:
- All costs are inclusive of duties and taxes, meaning there will be no additional charges upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept international returns and exchanges with the item returned back to us within 30 days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Item
If you received the wrong item or there’s a defect, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.
