Shipping policy

Processing Time:
  • We process all orders Monday through Friday.
  • Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
  • For Golfmates orders, please allow an extra 5 days ontop of delivery for your logo embroidery. 

Shipping Times:

  • Standard shipping: Typically takes 3-5 business days.

International shipping:

  • USA: 5-7 business days
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • Europe: 6-10 business days
  • UK: 5-7 business days
  • Australia: 5-10 business days
  • Other destinations: Delivery can take 7-14 business days, depending on the location.

Holidays & Weekends:

  • We do not ship on weekends or during Thai public holidays.
  • Orders placed on Friday after business hours or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Duties & Taxes:

  • All costs are inclusive of duties and taxes, meaning there will be no additional charges upon delivery.
